They came out and diagnosed the problem, said they would check on ordering a part and get back with me to set up a date. They charged me 65.00 for the service call. When they left the comment was made "if I do this job will I have problems from the owner of the home later down the road". Which would have been a great time to say they weren't interested in doing the job. I don't have a problem getting someone else.
