Extremely poor communication! Customer service is awful and pretty much nonexistent. Don’t waste your time and money
RecommendedAQR did a great job on remediating the mold in my crawlspace. They were thorough, quick and their price, out of the 3 estimates I had received, was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a mold problem.
They checked our my apartment a cause I was getting sick. When someone said to check for mold, I noted that I had done that and the property management company cleaned the green mold. Being obedient I called AQR and they evaluated my home. Found White, black, brown and green mold in plain sight. I am no longer there and no longer sick. THANK YOU.
