My unit needed maintenance, so I scheduled the service. Not only was booking the service online quick and seamless, but the tech, Fred, arrived ahead of time! The level of detail in cleaning the unit was admirable. I immediately signed up for the reasonably priced yearly maintenance.
Service and Professionalism right from the start. When you call, you're greeted by a very sweet lady Lindsay....not a call center... the actual office staff! She happily answered all questions and helped setup a convenient appointment. The follow up for the appointment is more proactive than most medical centers/doctors' office....text alerts...PDF appointment card... Very nice! Fred with Air Quality Inc just provided absolutely stellar service. He was extremely thorough and showed me what he was doing along the way. My AC is running so much better and even stopped an annoying noise on the outside unit. I highly recommend Fred for your AC needs.
Absolute professionalism! Cedrick was the technician that came to our house . He was super friendly, informative and just a good person. I only give credit where credit is due. We had to reschedule our first appointment and had zero issues with the company. After the rescheduling was complete we received a notice about the appointment. Cedrick arrived right on time.
