Great service they did way more then my last company ever did
We use to use them all the time until they quoted us $1,000.00 to solder one hole in a refrigerant line. Yes. You read that right. That’s didn’t included any refrigerant that was lost and needed to be replaced. So in essence they were $800.00 more expensive than we had it repaired for. Sad world we live in. The honesty is gone. Hopefully my review will be seen before it’s too late for the next victim.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The air conditioner was improperly installed, and despite repeated requests, they refused to correct the poor workmanship. Instead, they attempted to intimidate and pressure me into making full payment even though the unit was not installed correctly. Attached, you will find A few photographs of the issues. Not recommended. Hello, I am not happy client. One week ago Bob was coming because our A/C was licking. His was very good, working hard to clean inside and outside.We’re pay $200. After 1 week A/C started leaking again. I called you and Bob and your recommend electrician. Ok . Electrician came yesterday, nothing understand what’s problem. Changes several breaks, we’re paying $300 , A/C still leaking. Today different A/C guy came trying clean with zip plastic 2 min and tell us, if’s not working we are needed pay another $800 ... read more
