I was referred to Air Quality HVAC Services by a friend who has used them previously. Initially, I just got a quote as I wasn't sure if I was going to use my home warranty plan. Carlos came out, gave a thorough quote and explanation. I tried to go through my plan as it paid out the bulk of the cost. However, my warranty plan did not detail the work to be done. The best service by any HVAC hands down! Called then with my AC issues and got a fast free quote. Great customer service over the phone and in person. The technician Carlos was on time very formal and performed the entire service with ease. One of the best things is that he was not bothered to explain and break down what was the root of the problem and how he determines the right fix.
