Amazing service. Each of our air conditioning units stopped working on different days during the 105°+ heatwave this summer. The first time we called, Travis got to us within an hour, and he had everything fixed very quickly. He explained everything he was working on and made sure we knew what was going on. The second time we called was late afternoon on a Saturday; Travis went above and beyond to get to us quickly and have everything fixed so our kids would have a cool house to sleep in. 10/10 recommend!

I highly recommend Travis with AQC. He was friendly, professional, responsive, and took the time to figure out what was wrong with my AC at the hottest time of the summer. Being new to the Newton KS area it can be difficult to find people you can trust. Travis repaired my AC and even answered my additional questions by text after the repair. I 100% recommend AQC and will be using their services in the future.

However, Travis did everything he could to make the project cost effective. When one of his workers broke my garden hose, he admitted it up front and credited me for the cost of the new one. Overall, I was... read more
