No issue with the service itself but make sure you stay alert for receipts. The team at my house told me (volunteeered the information--I would not expect this!) they would send receipt to my condo association. They didn't send any receipts. I forgot about the topic (my fault) and I was fined by my condo association.
The woman who answers the phones was very friendly as well the two men who cleaned my dryer vent. They also came early which was a huge plus. I highly recommend Air Pure!
