Bob was amazing! After finishing the job, he checked in multiple times to make sure things were running smoothly.
Shout out to Bon! Bob with Air Pros called and then came out promptly (within 30 minutes) after our son’s rental unit had issues with the air-conditioning unit. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained to us what to do in the event of another power outage, and how to reset the system so next time it didn’t result in a service call!
Air Pros faced some challenges replacing my HVAC, but Bobby Connell went out of the way to get a temp unit so I could remain in my apartment. All fixed now - they did a great job.
AirPros does outstanding work. They fix the problems efficiently. They explain everything clearly, and they're friendly and professional. John and Connor were the two who took care of my Air Conditioner, and when it's July, that's a big deal. I highly recommend them.
