I'm not thrilled with this company but I believe the blame is partly on my HOA. They contracted his company to review all HVAC systems for preventative maintenance. They charged a BASE FEE of $250 regardless of service. My unit did not require anything but some pan strip they agreed upon. So I was billed $250 for a 5 min job I could have done myself. Robbery! They never even LOOKED at the actual HVAC unit on the roof! I will NEVER use them for any actual service.
Bob was great! Super friendly and explained what he was doing every step of the way.
Bob was amazing! After finishing the job, he checked in multiple times to make sure things were running smoothly.
Shout out to Bon! Bob with Air Pros called and then came out promptly (within 30 minutes) after our son’s rental unit had issues with the air-conditioning unit. He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He explained to us what to do in the event of another power outage, and how to reset the system so next time it didn’t result in a service call!
Air Pros faced some challenges replacing my HVAC, but Bobby Connell went out of the way to get a temp unit so I could remain in my apartment. All fixed now - they did a great job.
