The absolute worst customer service on the planet! DO NOT USE! First of all, it took them over a week to get in a part that should have been in their inventory. Secondly, their customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. When asked to speak with a manager about a clarification, the dispatcher person on the phone said that he’s too busy. I asked if he could get a call at any point in the future and he said no. Stay away from this company. They have no business being in business.
If I could give 0 stars i would, had them check out my boiler to get it started up and checked as I just bought the house. Technician came out and said everything was good to go, I specifically asked about leaks and this one valve and they said everything looked great. went downstairs and there was water everywhere, charged me for both visits and told the warranty place it was my fault the valve went out so it didnt get covered by it. no theyve been here a total of 4 times now just to fix leaks and they charged me 1700$!! I had a new Heating and A/C system installed by Air Pro in late 2019. I chose them primarily due to their 10 year parts and labor warranty. The installation went well and i was happy with the new units. Fast forward to Friday 5/12/2023. I turned on the A/C and nothing happened. Unit was dead. I called Air Pro so that I could get them to come and fix it, since it was under warranty. The person i spoke with said that someone would call me back. No one called me that day.
