I called recently to have my mother's furnace looked at because I was too busy with work to look at it myself. A tech came and looked stating it would need to have a part ordered after a couple days with no call back my mother was told the furnace was " obsolete and they couldn't get parts"so they'd have to instal a new unit. Luckily the weather wasn't too cold yet so I looked myself. It only took 5 minutes of looking to see the sequencer was broken and the drain line had an obvious crack leaking on the furnace conponents. A... read more

This is a joke of a company to do business with I paid $430 for absolutely nothing.they miss diagnosed my unit and came back to get paid again and left with my unit still not working .Upon contacting the office I was told I would hear back from the owner,yeah ok, he got paid twice do u really think he cares about the customer.Do yourself a favor don't ever use this overly inflated company with over inflated prices because you will pay good money for absolutely nothing.

They are to money hungry and don’t seem to fix anything. I have had them put dye in it twice and then they charge me for it and never show back up. Very unprofessional don’t recommend
