On a Sunday morning in February we woke up to no heat and a non-functioning furnace. I called the HVAC company we had been using for decades. Someone came. He told me our system was so old he didn't think we could get parts so he wasn't bothering to diagnose the problem. Mike came to repair our furnace during the Thanksgiving weekend and the charges were very fair. As always he did an excellent job.
