What an amazing experience. Paloma is extremely knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She knows HVAC! She took her time to answer all of our questions, gave us options. After we decided to go with Air Pro, the install team was on time, friendly and respectful. They protected the work areas, worked like a well oiled machine and had the new furnace, AC unit and new ducting done in a day and they left the house spotless. Thank you all for the amazing experience.
Happy Holidays everyone! Well my Christmas gift came just in time! Installation of a heater and A/C unit by AirPro from start to finish has been superb by their representative Paloma and her crew , who did the installation . They went over and beyond on their work. Very professional, clean, respectful and approachable guys. My morning are very cozy and I’m sure my summer days will be cool!. I highly recommend this very trustworthy company AirPro! The customer service is top notch. Edwin arrived on a weekend which was very helpful to do our quote as my husband and I both work full time. He was professional and very helpful and was able to get us an amazing deal. Install was quick (good scheduling options available) and the guys did a great job. Overall took half a day and the system is working so well. We have already cut our electric bill in half. We did multiple quotes with different companies and are very happy with the choice to go with Air Pro!
We enjoyed working with Paloma in choosing what type of A/C would work for us. Answered all our questions even after the installation was done. The three technicians that installed the A/C and furnance were very polite and knowledgeable.
Great company!! Marianna and Nate are very helpful, even the installers. We purchase the system approximately one year ago they came out and did service in the system and is still working great. We are really happy with AIR Pro and their service. They give you all the information you need to know and explain everything in detail. We really recommend them they are great!!
