Had these guys come out to check out my parents ac unit end July 2025 and they added Freon. Gave them a call again this week cause ac wasn’t cooling. when it was time to pay and gave us the bill of $425 we asked what was wrong -they explained it needed Freon …ok.. I asked how often does it need recharged and it turns out for a home air conditioner, you should theoretically never need to add refrigerant, as it is a sealed system.
