Ken was great to work with. He was professional, communicated well, and explained how AirPro's trucks have built-in equipment specifically designed for air duct cleaning, unlike companies that bring in portable equipment. During the cleaning, he went above and beyond by pointing out a couple of issues with our HVAC system that I wasn't aware of, including an air return vent that wasn't properly connected and a small tear in one of the ducts. Ken and his team at Air-Pro have been cleaning dryer vents in our townhome community for many years. He is kind, helpful in coordinating with multiple, individually-owned units, and provides excellent service!
Ken was awesome! My wife had a great conversation with him on the phone as he explained all of their services. Their price was less than we were expecting to pay. The day before they arrived we received a text reminder. They were scheduled to start between 10:30-11:30. He was at our door at 10:28. They did a thorough job. They cleaned all of the ducts with a rotary tool, cleaned the returns, cleaned the furnace area, AC unit, and laundry vent. Great guys to work with!
