Ian was fantastic! He showed up on time for the appointment. He also took the time to explain what was wrong with our humidifier and how we could fix it. They did end up having to order a part, so he came back the following week and did the install for us. He was even kind enough to look over the rest of our unit and fixed our fan for us as well. Air Pro was amazing and we plan to use them again in the future should we need too. Thanks guys!

Humidifier malfunction is result of 18 years use and wore out solonide along with excess wires from when home was built. AirPro owner stayed almost four after hours, traced down the wild wires and system has been corrected. He left the furnace area very clean. Service was much appreciated as well as the benefits of his company service contracts.

Me and my girlfriend got a system from these guys a while back and about a month ago the system stopped working so we called them to come help us fix it cause it's under warranty. The dude literally just hit the reset button and pretty much left. Last weekend it went out again and when we called them they wouldn't come the receptionist literally said to try someone else.
