From the moment Zack rolled up, he was all business, but in a friendly way. Right on time, polite as can be. He listened to what we had to say and explained what was up with our AC in plain English. No fancy talk, just straight talk. He didn't waste any time figuring out the problem with our capacitor, and he fixed it up quick. Our AC's working like a champ again. Plus, he cleaned up after himself, so there wasn't a mess left behind.
