Anytime I have an issue with my AC unit/heater Arthur is so quick to reply and fix the issue, he is a lifesaver. On New Year’s Eve my wife and I welcomed our second child and our heater wasn’t working. Arthur was extremely kind to stop what he was doing and fix the issue prior to our arrival with the baby.
