We debated whether to acquire a new heat pump or furnace. Fortunately, we were led in the correct route by the AirPoint staff. The decision was made much simpler when they informed us about a heat pump rebate program. Customer support representative Katerina was a treasure, guiding us through all the paperwork. Additionally, a huge thank you to Vlad and Oleg for a prompt and seamless Carrier system installation. We are quite pleased with our decision. I'm grateful.
We had Alex and Ethan install our Carrier furnace this week. They arrived promptly at 8 am as scheduled, and they did a stellar job with the install. Ethan even noticed a minor issue with our venting and fixed it at no extra charge. Thanks guys!
