Technicians came in time promised and they took time to diagnose the issue with the furnace. The problem was of the maintenance nature, so good reminder to do it every year. The cost for them coming and getting furnace working again was as they originally estimated. I had furnace installation. Vadim and Ali came on time, and did installation that included change of the pipe. Vadim explained in detail what was done and also did work on the drainage of the water heater.
