I was in a bind. My wife had just had a baby and I was just coming home to grab things to bring her home from the hospital with the baby. I noticed the house was hot and the AC wasn’t blowing cold. Tried some basic things, but did have the time or parts to get an immediate fix. I was so grateful when Jeff picked up the phone. Came out said it was $99 to clean our wood pellet stove flu. Once Chris J remove my flu, the price now changed to $749.00 !!!! My flu is a total of 15’ long! Very crooked company, Chris then told me not to use it and I’m glad I didn’t because it had came disconnected in my attic and would of burnt my house down. Not a honest person or company, do not use them unless you feel like burning your house down or paying almost $800 dollars to do a simple job. I live in a 120 year old house with a very aged furnace system. In one phone call Jeff was able to acertain the issue, what parts needed to be ordered, and even knew the gentleman that installed the system! He was able to procure the part the very next day and arrive and fix the system. I couldn't be happier with this level of service - I'll be using Jeff and his son singularly moving forward. *Note - I had previously called Triple T and was quoted $400 for a $30 part. Jeff provided a much more accurate rate.
