Mark has been our AC serviceman for years. Great guy with years of experience. It’s great dealing with people you have confidence in.
I have never left a negative review before, but my experience with AirPlus an Mark, the owner, compelled me to share it. Based on the level of unprofessionalism I experienced during our conversation, I’m actually relieved that this company did not service my air conditioning unit. Great experience this week repairing the heat on our HVAC. Easy process and great communication. He fixed it the same day our home warranty approved the repair. Thank you, Mark!!
Mark and his coworker were extremely friendly. They came to my home after regular business hours, the same day I called to repair my HVAC system. The problem turned out to be really simple and Mark did not charge me and even refused a tip. He just asked me to pay the kindness forward. They definitely have my respect and any future business.
Ok I was terrified after reading the reviews but Mark came to 2 of my homes when he said he was coming ,checked my unit and it’s fixed, I hope .Mark communicated great with me and my husband. I can honestly say he was very kind and understanding I had no problems with him . He get 5 stars from me
