Our heat pump was blowing hot air constantly this summer (2025). My wife called AIR Plus and Gary and his help came out, earlier than she was expecting them (a plus). Gary determined the issue was the thermostat. He replaced it with a new thermostat that we previously bought as spare for situations like this. Gary then went ahead and cleaned out our system. I had a great experience with Gary. He came out at the end of his day to check out a problem I had with my HVAC system. It ended up being something that he was able to fix quickly and easily. He spent the remainder of his time checking out both of my HVAC systems and explaining how they can best function in a spray foamed attic space as well as things to watch for and prepare for in the future. Called to get a whole home system replacement. They were very polite. Unfortunately, they said it was too big of a project for them at this time.
