Spoke with a rep named Kamalani, it’s time to promote her and give a pay raise. She helped me not only with my unit, but also my filter, my warranty, AND she called me back when she discovered that an email with important details didn’t process so she could get a different one and take care of sending the info to me. Way to go Kamalani, you don’t get told enough how good a job you are doing, and thank you for being thorough!
