Last night the 25 year old heating unit decided to stop working. Google led me to Air one heating. They came in within an hour, exactly as promised. He did not make a big deal of the problem, after the initial diagnosis he identified the defaulted part and did not push to buy and install a new equipment. Just said let’s get the part and if the problem is solved we are done if not we’ll look deeper. Mike the owner of Air One Heating and Cooling Pros was amazing. Mike came to my home on a Monday night and looked at my air conditioner, heating, and hot water tank. Mike was very punctual where he arrived on time and was very efficient on explaining what needed to be done. Mike was very honest with what needed to be done and did not make you feel like you needed to do something without having to be talked into doing it. Mike is thee absolute best in the industry. Since becoming a homeowner 2 1/2 years ago, I have been having some issues with my AC unit and so, I found him online and have had nothing but great experience and superb customer service with A1. I recommend Mike and A1 many times over and wouldn’t go anywhere else, ever. He actually cares about you and your family. Not like most companies these days.
