Very impressed with the service. The guys were very personable and professional. They took care of the air conditioner situation. Will call for them for heating check. Good job!!!!
Ignored my emails after the service; no follow-up or refund.
They charged $300 to 'check' the system—but found nothing wrong.
Hottest day of the year and of course my air stops working. Called Air One around 8pm figuring I would leave a message and to my surprise Mike, the owner picks up. He found time the next day and had me up and running in no time. Great guy and super happy with the service and work.
Mike replaced our entire system in a very timely manner. He was incredibly knowledgable and spent extra time explaining the system and how to keep it working to its full potential.
