Ronaldo was great! I called him at 9am and he was at my house by 2, with my A/C fixed by 3! And he charged me a very fair price to fix! I would recommend him to anyone.
The central air in one of my rental units stopped working during the summer heat, and I was fortunate to find this company. Ronaldo was outstanding from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He came out the very same day and never tried to upsell or inflate the cost. It’s refreshing to find an honest, reliable company these days. I highly recommend Ronaldo and will definitely use them again in the future!
Everyone needs to read my review, these guys saved me THOUSANDS. I was told by multiple big companies (the first ones that pop up on google) who barely looked at my unit that I needed it replaced. Ronaldo came over and had it up and running in an hour. Work with Al, work with these guys. They aren't out to sell you a unit right away, take it from a guy who has spent 72 hours calling 15+ companies in the middlesex region. Thank you guys, you saved my family vacation!
Called Air on Time during heat wave. Technician (Ronaldo) showed up and had AC running in 25 minutes. He explained the issue, how it was fixed, left the worksite clean and all at a modest cost. Our (former) local company cancelled our appointments for 2 prior days (by text - not even the courtesy of a phone call while we waited) claiming their technicians were ill due to the heat. Thank goodness for Air On Time our new and favorite AC company.
