Very thorough in their work went through everything with me on what it would take to redo my furnace in the garage and did a basic maintenance on my furnace in the house and the air conditioning system to make sure everything was in working order. They are awesome and would highly recommend them!!!

I was able to get same day service. My technician was so professional and efficient. I'm thoroughly pleased with the experience had with them today and would recommend them to anyone. I believe my technicians name was Keith. Great experience from start to finish

had to unfortunately chance my original review from 5 to 1. to reply to as a folow up to my rickyhenderson post 1. nobody told me anything would freeze. from what i was told the condensation pump was put on the furnace to stop the water from freezing and thats what it was used for. 2. nothing installed was insulated. some leftover wrap they had was put on my attic gable which i did appreciate 3. i offered to pay for labor when the secretary called me back when she said that wasnt covered. i asked if, you, the owner, could ca... read more

Owner has a terrible attitude and is very judgmental - watch out for who you let in your home! Inconsiderate and very rude.

I’ve used Air-On Mechanical several times now including the installation of my furnace 5 years ago. This morning I called because my furnace stopped working over the weekend. I called at 8:25 AM and by 9:10 two technicians were pulling into my driveway and a hour and a half later I had heat again. I felt the charge was very reasonable for two technicians spending that amount of time. Because of my previous positive experiences both of my daughters have had Air-On install new furnaces and AC units.
