Condenser fan motor went out in the middle of summer, and they came out and fixed it. I was grateful. But the replacement fan motor lasted less than a year. He said he’d come back by and fix it on warranty. But he didn’t — and when I tried to follow up, he wouldn’t reply.
Found the problem very quickly and installed the new unit in a great timely manner.
Air-On is a great business for HVAC. They strive to answer every call that comes in and complete every call that same day if at all possible. They are professional, courteous, and reliable.
As always they did a good job quickly
