We hired this company to install the HVAC system during our home build, and unfortunately, the results have been extremely disappointing. A Friend of mine tried to get services from you guys and was told when y'all would show up on several occasions y'all did not show up on time and had terrible customer service got upset when he couldn't be there when you finally showed up hours later please do better
He doesn't stand by his warranted parts.
The service was not held up and backed when my unit broke down and he refused to fix what he stated was fixed after I paid for repairs.
Offers warranties on parts and labor, but you cannot trust them to come back and fix it.
