Our old AC unit finally died…but 2 days before we had renters coming in for July 4th. We couldn’t afford to lose that week’s rental income, which we would have if we couldn’t get it replaced. Mike was planning to get it in by late afternoon on Saturday, the 4th. BUT, they stayed up 1/2 the night and got it in over night!
