This company left my wife and I without A/C for several weeks in temperatures over 100 degrees and we are nearly 80 years old. Then they charged us $808 and didn't even fix the system and now they are trying to sue us for the money. When I tried to talk to the owner, Jack, he didn't want to hear my side of the storey aand accused me of talking over him. I paid them $178 for the service call but he refused to cash the check holding out for the entire $808. Their "best" technician actually melted one of the pipes on our system making it worse than it was.
