Been coming here a lot for nearly 5 years now, and they've recently been bought out. But it's still the same great employees (although I think some of the older ones got promoted). But they're always helpful, even with repairing some of my older guns. They don't deal with every brand, and eventually manufactures stop making parts, at which point you're usually SoL, but they almost always try to make something work. Had been a customer for a long time - when a friend previously owned the business. It is likely under newer ownership. Recently was disappointed at the quick denial of any help with maintaining and repairing older equipment. No suggestions, no empathy, no conversation. Didn’t want to buy new equipment; but expected more from a long established specialty business. Hard to justify going back unless I need a distributor of certain hardware.
