Air monkey responded on the same day that I called.. I received a text message when they were on their way. I received a message when they arrived. The diagnosis was quick and efficient. I was given two quotes to choose from. I was able to approve online By the next day they had sourced the compressor and installed it the following day. I highly recommend air monkey.
I have used Air Monkey for all of my needs over the past 10 years. They are always very efficient, good communication, and always able to get the problem or service completed in a timely and professional manner. Great service and company. Have recommended them to friends who have also been happy with their service.
I had my share in ln 3 years and 3 full replacement ac and heater system . I am paying for all due to bad installation the warranty is no good. So I am at a loss. I could detail more information but space is limited here. I know I payed for in full out of pocket. It is disappointed to discover that warranty won’t cover anything due to bad installation. 2 units air monkey ac installed the third time around I had to hire other installer company. Since I am at loss with thousands in dollars already.
Air Monkey is a great family owned business. I have never ever had a problem. They completely replaced both of my units and were very professional and efficient. It’s a great family and they are just all excellent human beings!
