*Follow up to below review* *********************UPDATE************************* The new unit that was installed was making a loud noise when it would turn off. This was because of an incompatible piece of HVAC equipment in the attic that they had nothing to do with. A tech came out and initially said that the equipment in the attic would need replacement.
