Having rang RICHARD to look at my noisy air conditioner, he didn't even take the panel off to rectify the problem and said it sounds like the fan motor (WOW) The only thing he was interested in was the call out fee of $110.00, after that I was given the run around. I would ring no answer, text no reply, he totally ignored me. I would never recommend him to my family or friends in the way I was treated was ROBBERY.
