Contacted Actron about their Advance system with Neo controllers to replace our original Actron system which was about 20 years old. Air-Max contacted me based on that request. Thank you AirMax Air for the best experience to replace my broken Ducted Air Conditioning system recently. Your team made it seem so easy to remove broken system from the ceiling & side of home & replace connect the new ducted system in half a day. All was cleaned & tidied before they left. These guys from Max Air are amazing they got the job done in great time you're the best.
The company was ok and the guys that fitted our unit was good. But, we were charged $1700 for the supply and fitting of the unit, and this was okay until I checked my bank statement and found an extra charge of just over $15.00 for apparently pressing a button link on my email that charged me for pressing this link. I hate being ripped off, so I called them, needless to say they were no help. Personally if it was my company, I have owned a business that values good customer service.
