The company was ok and the guys that fitted our unit was good. But, we were charged $1700 for the supply and fitting of the unit, and this was okay until I checked my bank statement and found an extra charge of just over $15.00 for apparently pressing a button link on my email that charged me for pressing this link. I hate being ripped off, so I called them, needless to say they were no help. Personally if it was my company, I have owned a business that values good customer service. Excellent service, we have used Air-Max four times for all our air conditioners, and the installers have been fantastic, very friendly, explained everything and really knew a lot of about the different typers of air conditioners. The office staff are also very friendly and will always return calls and correspond efficiently. Highly recommended
We received great service from the team at Air-Max Air-Conditioning. The service team identified the fault with our air-conditioner and promptly arranged for a replacement. The installation team arrived on time and were extremely efficient installing our new unit. I highly recommend Air-Max Air Conditioning.
