After a major storm, the AC wouldn't turn on. Tech found the low-voltage transformer at the air handler was blown, likely from a power surge. Replaced the transformer and also found a frayed wire at the disconnect that could have caused a short. Fixed both. Back online!
Had an issue with my A/C unit. Within a couple hours from calling, they were on site, professional, explained everything, and had the problem resolved. Will not be going anywhere else for HVAC service in the future. Service was absolutely excellent.
