Had these guys assigned to me as a Samsung repair tech and it was a total joke. Twice failing to come out on the appointed day. Then comes out late, then fails to fix the dishwasher and starts blaming and lying about why they couldn’t fix it. Find anyone else than these guys, unprofessional and just uneducated about their work clearly.
Great experience, great job done on time. Have used a few times and passed on the company contact to friends.
THE SALEMAN WAS PROFESSION AND CAME QUICKLY. THE TWO UNITS WERE INSTALLED WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS OF AGREEMENT, AND THEY WERE ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AND HAD THE INSTALLATION DONE IN ONE DAY. TOOK ALL GARBAGE AWAY WITHIN AND HOUR OF INSTALL COMPLETION, GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
Had an awesome experience with Air Master Solutions. Syed installed a high efficiency furnace and tankless water heater in our home last November. He was very easy to deal with and the prices he offered were competitive. Install was done in a day on schedule and he hooked us up with the rebate as well. No issues with the install so far and the difference in gas bills this winter was huge. Couldn't recommend them more
I'm very satisfied with the services. I got humidifier, air conditioner, and furnace and I received a free programmable thermostat. very friendly, professional and clean work. I strongly recommend this company.
