This company really responded to notes given well. We had stated that the process was not transparent before, and working with them this time there was way more communication than the last time we worked with them. They took time to explain the work, give realistic timelines of when work would be completed and even worked with us on cleaning our furnace to ensure forget HVAC issues would not arise. Very thorough work!
This company is truly the most frustrating experience I've had with an American home shield contractor. We've had multiple cancellations at the last minute. Their communication is non-existent. The only time they call is to notify us our appointment has been cancelled, often under an hour of the scheduled appointment. When speaking with their dispatcher, we asked for a name, and they clearly lied to us and said their name was "Jack" no last name offered.
