Owner was so unbelievably rude. And flat out lied. In 1 call, she agreed to have someone come out no charge and take a look at the ac replaced by them 1 yr ago. In which I was told by another ac company was not working properly. When I called her back to schedule that visit she lied and stated she never said she would have it looked at.
This company came to our house twice in a three day period to fix the exact same problem. Neither time did they fix it as it would die 20 minutes after they left. The problem that they originally diagnosed had absolutely nothing to do with the what the actual problem turned out to be. They charged us twice for the service call and we received absolutely no relief from their having come! I highly recommend looking for a different company.
They were the best. It's the 4th a/c that I've had installed on different properties during the past years and this company has been the best! Jermaine was very professional and very nice!
Jermaine provided courtesy service within the promised time frame promised. He cleaned the work areas Made sure all the equipment was working before leaving I would definitely recommend his services to others.
