They did come out and look at the furnace, but missed the underlying issue, and also missed that my furnace was under warranty. Then couldn't find the part, which another company found and installed under said warranty. I appreciate their fast service. maybe the tech was in a hurry to get home on Friday night, but if I pay for an after hours call $$, I shouldn't have to do the company homework on my furnace.
Great service. Always there when you need them.
