Very Poor Experience – Would Not Recommend I am extremely disappointed with this company and the way they handled my AC installation. AirLux installed an undersized/underpowered electrical cable for the air conditioning system, which resulted in an electrical problem. I ended up having to hire someone and pay out of my own pocket to have the electrical issue corrected and the cable replaced. I contacted Tony from Airlux and explained the problem. Very unhappy with the service, within a month the ac stppped working and salesperson tony has not been responding to any phone calls or messages.
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Tony never answer the call once he know he has to cover something in warranties.
Very unhappy about the service. They signed to provide 10 years warranty. However I am having issues within 3 years and the sales person Tony has not responded to my calls for A/C service. This is not the same company as the one in BC.
Avoid taking services from Airlux, they are fraud . During buying new AC they committed to provide 10 years of free service. The Sales men Tony now don’t even pick calls or don’t even care to reply back. They are big time liar so stay away!!!
