AirLux installed an undersized/underpowered electrical cable for the air conditioning system, which resulted in an electrical problem. Very unhappy with the service, within a month the ac stppped working and salesperson tony has not been responding to any phone calls or messages.
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Tony never answer the call once he know he has to cover something in warranties.
Very unhappy about the service. They signed to provide 10 years warranty. However I am having issues within 3 years and the sales person Tony has not responded to my calls for A/C service. This is not the same company as the one in BC.
