Without hesitation, the owner returned and replaced it forthwith at no additional cost.. What would have been barely noticeable did not "make the grade". You may be assured that your home will be treated as if it were the owner's. Did you know that there is both a "right" and a "wrong" way to raise & lower a blind to extend its life ? Most installers wouldn't take the time to tell you, but Airlite did.

A family business, where the owner and the staff are very knowledgable, patient and funny. You also won't leave the store thirsty as they always serve a nicely chilled bottle of Poland Spring. They came to my place to take measurements at no charge. Today, Joe, the owner, and Allen installed radiator covers in every room as well as a shower door.
