WOW! Just received my Nov 22/25 invoice via email for cylinder lease. My 2024 invoice was $95.00 with taxes $105.45. Its now $183.75 and with taxes $203.97. I could understand a 20% or 25% increase, but an increase of of 93%.

We are from rural Saskatchewan. Have never been able to communicate with the Saskatoon crew. All our contacts is from distant. Air Liquide and the Oxygen busines prices are outrageous. fee from one medical 44 (large tank) went from $100 a couple years ago to $250 with a monthly rental charge. Request for notification and explanations over the last years have gone unanswered. The Oxygen price has not changed, they added 2 delivery surcharges, fuel surcharges, regulatory surcharge and rental surcharges. The Oxygen cost $110 an... read more

The BS $10.29 (plus taxes) "regulatory compliance surcharge" on every purchase can't be legal. If it's 1 dollar or 1000, you pay what they pretend is a government fee, but it is not. Those kind of actions mean I'll never go back unless I have no other options. It's insulting. People are friendly, I'll give them that.
