Very poor They just want to sell you a machine and take your money Even tried to bill me twice for the consultation Would not recommend them
Did a sleep apnoea test with these people. Test came back severe sleep apnoea. Joe sold me my machine, which was over $2000, a lot of money for a single woman who works 4 days per week. The water tank started to crack in numerous places. After having multiple calls, texts and emails ignored, finally got one saying bring the machine in. Took the machine in (for the 2nd time regarding the cracks, Joe not there both times). I have been told many times the tank has a 3 month warranty. These folks are very good and will help you get great sleep advice
I found them to be quite uncertain about the readings of the data from the Alice PDx sleep monitoring device and note that the leads were not all colour coded some different with little written tags attached and with it's data showing more then 50% unreadable with once staff member very uncertain but the other saying that's fine I definitely have Sleep apnea also he said it must have stopped several times saying the some of the leads must of disconnected though he is not that he is a doctor to send it off for a report which ... read more
The customer service and after sales assistance at this centre is out of this world. Joe in particular is an absolute legend and completely committed to providing quality care and treatment of sleep apnea. The CPAP machine itself has been transformative for me; massively increasing my capacity to function, my cognitive ability and shortening the period I need to sleep (from 9-12hrs to 7-8.5hrs a night). Highly recommend.
