Originally said everything was fine and when it still wasn't working came back and said I had all these things that was wrong with the unit. Very disappointed. The response is untrue. I asked for a credit for the tune up, which has been done a day before...which was a joke. The AC was not working properly...the only thing I got from this company was a broken hose pipe.
Ofer, the Tech, came on Father’s Day to service my unit. Gave me tips so I can take basic care of my unit.
Ofer was on time, very thorough and got the job done. AC tuneup was done. Couldn't be happier. Will recommend to all my friends.
