They were absolutely fantastic to work to get my new AC installed. Great communications, always responsive, and they had the best price if anybody I contacted. They can out in days to install it, and the installation team were top notch. Fast, clean, very polite, professional, and also, great communication. One of the best service providers I’ve ever used. Don’t even bother calling anyone else!!
Air Legend gave me a good price on a new Lennox ML14XC1 AC, and the installation on April 26, 2026, went smoothly. Like many customers, I left a positive review because everything seemed great. Then, less than four months later, the AC stopped working. What followed was frustrating and disappointing. Messages went unanswered, warranty support was difficult to reach, and when I finally spoke to a technician, the first thing I heard was a warning about possible charges before anyone had even diagnosed the problem.
