I do not understand why it takes days to call our insurance company to replace our refrigerator. The service is not up to par—the answering machine is always on.
Air Kool LLC should not be in business. They were scheduled through AHS to repair my washer. Received text one day stating set appointment...the next day received a reminder for a date 3 days later. On the 2nd scheduled date they canceled and asked AHS to reassign ticket to a different company. Now I've been without a water for a week and dirty clothes are piling up. They have poor customer service, won't accept responsibility for their mistakes. I definitely will never, ever use them and advise each eryone else to steer cle... read more
This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. This company does not return calls. Takes multiple weeks to arrange appointments and shares slanderous misinformation to cover their poor business practices. Beware at all costs of Alex and his poorly run organization. Note I’ve also lodged claims with the BBb for the first time in my life as a result of this experience. That’s how bad it was
Worst customer service ever. Long unresponsive lead times. Beware of any interaction with this establishment and if America home shield tries to assign them simply refuse!!!
