I made an appointment with this company earlier in the week. They said they would be out by 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. I had to take time off from work that day loosing my own money. I called them 5 mins to 2 p.m. and they said the technician was somehow going to make it on time even though he was still working at another location. I told them to reschedule because my boss only let me take half a day. I do not understand why it takes days to call our insurance company to replace our refrigerator. The service is not up to par—the answering machine is always on.
Air Kool LLC should not be in business. They were scheduled through AHS to repair my washer. Received text one day stating set appointment...the next day received a reminder for a date 3 days later. On the 2nd scheduled date they canceled and asked AHS to reassign ticket to a different company. Now I've been without a water for a week and dirty clothes are piling up. They have poor customer service, won't accept responsibility for their mistakes. I definitely will never, ever use them and advise each eryone else to steer cle... read more
