Called Jerry about a broken fan motor on a Saturday morning, arrived just after lunch and had everything back running in no time.
Got helped by Jerry. Got my system running without pushing any purchases.
I have been using Air Kool for many years. Jerry is a great guy. He is very knowledgeable and dependable and always charges a fair price for his services.
A hero once more! My A/C went down out of nowhere on Saturday morning right before Easter, So I quickly called Jerry and to my surprise he made an appointment for the same day! He managed to pinpoint the issue quickly and placed in the order for the motor. Come Monday, he drove over first thing and got it all sorted out!! He replaced the Motor and even cleaned the fan, which was pretty clogged.
