I spoke with Mark and he helped me get a condenser installed very quickly. I met the technicians, Devon and J, who were very courteous, professional, and efficient. I'm really happy I called Air Joy.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Woman was rude and nasty. 90+ degrees in NY, air conditioner not working and we could not even get her to arrange for someone to call us. Told us it was our problem and we would just have to wait until someone was available to show up in two days! Our condo has a service contract with this company and referred us to them.
