Great customer service
If your looking for overpriced, troublesome, lack of support on fireplace's then you're home. 1) day 1 the employee couldn't complete and order needed for a tight install stall (employees not trained- or no support). Days later after rescheduling the Plummer order was processed. 2) wrong supplies given to customer. (same issue) Plummer delayed again (now 2- $200 late notice fees) 3) actually made good and swapped out incorrect supplies for correct supposed at customer facility (1 star) 4) called to ask an employee a question... read more
