My experience with our heaven is great extremely great. Customer service is great scheduling and timing is great and the service on my air and heating system is very professional. Take the time out to look and clean everything as needed. Let you know and their service and their customer care service Very satisfied we recommend to anyone.
My aunt is an elderly woman that has not had a working unit for a while during the summer months. Air Heaven scammed her of her money. Communication is key and as professional, this company has failed this customer. Apparently, they have blocked her from calling and dodging her from getting more information about her $600+ missing for work that your technician did not even do. Please make this right.
