I would like to start by saying you are in good hands with this business. The owner and operator is a man full of heart soul and brains. Renato has heart because he acted like a Good Samaritan.., he help two girls in need when we thought we could install a faucet on our own and stopped him for help. Best contractor I've used so far! Renato is very professional and friendly thus making all communications very easy and effective. His team installed a couple of years ago an HRV that work amazing! The AC wasn't blowing and it was getting really hot. I could see that the AC unit outside was running but nothing was coming into my house. Having previously used Renato from Air Heating Plus, I gave him a call and he walked me through some steps to figure out the issue. Turns out the fan blower wasn't working. He arrived at my house within the hour of talking and through the process of elimination, figured out that it was a minor fix and didn't need full replacement which would have cost over 2K. Mr Renato put in a water heater for me a few years ago. Tired of renting water heater - I asked Mr Renato about buying a heater and getting rid of rental. Even though he would get a new sale, he told me not to do it. And he was right! In the last 12 months, TWO different service calls from National. Excellent service. Was here within an hour. Diagnosed and replaced capacitor with a new one from his truck in 15 minutes. Very friendly, experienced and reasonably priced.
