Hi,Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review. We always use these as an opportunity to improve our service.We came out to your home to address a non-functioning thermostat. We sent a courtesy text stating we were "on our way" at 3:35 pm.When we arrived, the thermostat was hanging off the wall with wires pulled out. The system was running, but the screen was blank.
