Great Customer Service.
Always a terrible experience dealing with the two women at the front desk. Never polite and rude is putting it lightly, the little position of authority definitely has gone to their heads. I understand every day is a different challenge for everyone, but being rude every time for no reason is ridiculous
Picking up air freights for DHL. Check in with somebody at the terminal office near dock 1. Took 4 hours to upload a trailer. Too slow. Not going back here for another load.
